be a foster youth.
2. You must have your foster parent or guardian's permission to enter.
3. By entering the contest, you give FosterClub permission to display
your work on our website and use it for other promotional and publishing
purposes. The full name of the writer will never be published, but first
names only will be used (i.e. "John from Portland").
4. Winners will be notified by mail.
