	Executive Director Celeste Bodner celeste@fosterclub.com Celeste founded FosterClub in 1999 and currently serves as Executive Director. She was introduced to foster care in 1995 when she and her husband unexpectedly became foster parents to two young brothers, age 11 and 13. She previously owned an advertising agency with a client list that included Nike, Centex Homes, Williams Sonoma, Callaway Golf, Pottery Barn and the Transportation Security Administration. Celeste currently serves on the Board for the National Independent Living Association and enjoys coaching youth sports in her free time. She and her husband are parents of four, including the two brothers who entered their home through foster care (now ages 21 and 23).
	Deputy Director Kathi Crowe MSW, LICSW kathi@fosterclub.com Kathi has worked with, and on behalf of youth in foster care for the past thirty years. She has provided training and consultation to states, private agencies, tribes and youth boards throughout the country. Kathi has directed a variety of programs for youth in foster care and uses her own experience as an alumni of the foster care system to enhance policies and services to youth. Kathi earned an MSW from the University of Connecticut, where she serves as adjunct faculty. She is the current Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the National Foster Care Coalition and is past Chair of the National Independent Living Association Board of Directors. She is the Charter recipient of the Golden Circle Award, which recognizes foster alumni who have made national impact in the field of foster care. Kathi has also received the NILA Founders Award and is proud of being recognized as a “Friend of Youth” in her home state of Rhode Island.

	Program Director Daniel J. Knapp dan@fosterclub.com Dan's introduction to FosterClub was as a FosterClub All-Star 2005. He discovered a passion for engaging and inspiring youth in foster care to educate and participate in their futures. Now, as a college graduate, Dan is dedicating himself to America's foster youth and providing programs and products that may change lives. Dan's most recent resume includes working for Catholic Charities, doing missions work in Spain, and sitting on National Foster Care Coalition Board of Directors. Dan was featured in a Time Magazine article and continues to be a voice for youth in foster care.
	Publication and Event Marketing Meagan Tuhy meagan@fosterclub.com Meagan has been on the board of directors of FosterClub since it's inception in 1999. She has also worked on behalf of FosterClub in many capacities, from board member to TV representative to accountant to chauffeur. Meagan's 16 years of work experience focuses on design and she is most efficient as FosterClub's Publication and Event Marketing Manager. She loves working in the environment of a youth driven company as nimble and thoughtful as FosterClub. Prior work experience includes designer and partner for JET Media, color designer for Nike, Inc., freelancer, and mother of two awesome kids.
